To qualify for a refund, you must lodge a support request for the same via our Support System accessible via your Account within the specified Refund Period.
You will not be entitled to a refund if you previously had an Account with us or if you previously obtained a refund from us, under any Brand, Service or Product.
Refund payments may take up to thirty (30) days to process. If you have not received your refund within this time, please contact us at [email protected]. All refunds will be issued via our Online Reseller or such other method as we may choose.
The Services to which this Refund Policy applies, and their respective Refund Periods, shall be as follows:

- Shared Web Hosting Service: Thirty (30) days from Service activation
- VPS Hosting Service: Three (3) days from Service activation
- Dedicated Server Hosting Service: Three (3) days from Service activation
- Bulk Buy Hosting Service: Thirty (30) days from Service activation
- LaunchCDN Service: Thirty (30) days from Service activation
- Domain Service
- Domain Registration: Within the first forty-eight (48) hours of registration
- Domain Renewals: No refunds are given for domain name renewals
- Domain Transfers: Prior to the transfer being completed
- Email Service:
- Email Hosting: Thirty (30) days from Service activation
- Email Forwarding: Thirty (30) days from Service activation
After the Refund Period, you will not be entitled to any refunds.
We are not obliged to provide you with any refund unless all conditions in this Refund Policy are met to our satisfaction.
We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time in the exercise of our sole discretion, without notice or liability to you.
